How many times we heard – Google it! Well, Google is allowing customers to browse for anything they need. The data is there, so the price, the need, who, when and on and on is more accessible and easier than ever.

Customer can compare dealer prices, quality and ratings, needs, and services with a click on their phones or computers. They can compare the price or service needs while standing in front of their service advisors. How embarrassing that can be if your team is not prepared or competitive? This is the reality people. Real-time, here and now.

The name of the game is becoming very simple. Transparency!

Transparency will soon become a key measure of success. Imagine a world where customers can easily view pricing, employees can openly display competitors’ prices, or even encourage customers to check prices on their phones to compare. This approach allows employees to validate and justify their quoted prices, building trust and confidence with customers.

Consumers want options. It’s not a question of if or when – but ratter of reality that you must adapt.
